In my work journey, as I started I've had the chance to explore roles and expand my skills at while seeking growth opportunities. I've gained experience as a CSR in which I worked with billing and troubleshooting customer’s devices that have enhanced my listening and problem solving skills. I have been a Quality Assurance Analyst, and currently Quality Assurance Supervisor where I ensure the accuracy and organisation of important information through the use of MS Tools(excel, word, outlook, and ppt). I'm excited to continue developing and contribute to a forward thinking team as I take the step in my career journey.

Dealt with customers in any walks of life helping them out with their product’s technical issues while adhering to clients quality standards and processes.

Before I became a QAA Supervisor I have been a Quality Control Analyst handling 2 teams with two different shifts and organizations.

As a Quality Asurance Analyst Supervisor I analize and prepare data daily while sharing it to the clients. I also handle Quality Asurance Analysts that handles different organizations.

I am Currently posting as a Quality Asurance Analyst supervisor. While embodying excellence, I am still learning and would continue to adapt to diffent concepts of work.
