Profile Description

I've been on a customer service industry for 15 years working on US, Australian and UK based accounts. I worked as a Team Manager, Virtual Assistant and as a Customer Service Representative. I have experience handling inbound and outbound calls, email management and chat support. I am a holder of White belt in Lean Six Sigma Philippines.

I used various digital communication platforms. I am equipped on how to improve performance at a high level of proficiency, develop procedures and create exciting activities for members to keep motivated. I have an experience in handling newly endorse teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, assess call handling skills, monitor on going training sessions, and assure teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are within the goal/ metrics. 

I can speak and write in English fluently. I can handle projects professionally. I am an advocate of delivering excellent customer service. I have strong analytical skills and have keen eye for details. I am flexible, competitive and can learn new skills rapidly.
