Profile Description

I am a graduate of bachelor of science in business administration major in marketing management where i learn a lot of things not only with the marketing terms but it molds me to become competitive, positive, opprtunity seeker and hungry for new ideas. 

  To elaborate my corporate experience:
I worked as an HR assistant in Convergys that improved my multitasking and organizing skills, it also widen my knowledge about HR process and also drives me to research more on excel to get the work done efficiently.
I also worked with Telstra (Australian telecommunications company) as a collections officer where I developed my probing skills and flexibility in dealing with different type of people.
I also worked with Capital One (American Bank) as a senior operations representative in digital operations where I developed my customer service skills as Capital one is very strict when it comes to the level of quality service we provide with the customers.

I also worked with Resimac (Australian mortgage company) as a loan support officer where I became keen to details while ensuring the quantity of processed application per day.

In seek for a better career growth in Australian mortgage, I worked with Lendi for 9 months doing credit assessment, and then worked directly with a mortgage broker where I mastered the end to end process of mortgage application from gathering required document and lender recomendation until settlement. 

I performed different tasks in each company and learn from each. I will apply all the learnings I had to effectively perform the tasks given to me.
