Profile Description

I've been in a few jobs since I graduated. I started working as a Cloud Security Engineer for an Antivirus Company and was handling consumer concerns regarding cyber security. My stay in the company helped me develop my communication and computing skills. We talk to customers through phone, chat, or email depending on which the customer would prefer and we cater mostly to US and Australian
customers.
The job also improved my critical thinking skills and being keen to details for me to be able to assist the customers well on the issues they are experiencing. My next job was as a Procurement Assistant in a water utility company. I was in charged of ensuring that the materials needed by the company are purchased to provide for the needs of our consumers. It involves coordinating with our supplies and creating orders to purchase needed materials and services. Currently, I am managing an online store on Ebay. I've been doing product listings, research, order management, and other duties like coaching other store assistants.
As an IT degree holder, I am highly skilled in working with the computer. I am confident with my knowledge in computers from basic computing which includes usage of office products like Spreadsheet and Word document programs, to maintenance and troubleshooting.
I am very focused and I always ensure that my job is done on time and with good quality. I may lack specialized knowledge and skills required for some work but I am a fast learner and I'm always eager to learn new things to improve myself and become an asset for those I'm working for.
