Are you a Dental Office or Dental Support company looking for a Dental Support Associate?
I am an expert dental billing associate.
I have experience in the dental support field. I was a dental biller advocate, a team leader of AR supports and I have done this following task:
?Post payments of insurances in the dental software
?Claims research: Call insurance companies for outstanding claims and ask for its status and resolve its issues
?Send claims electronically to the insurance companies in the dental software
?Attaching x-rays, narratives, periocharts to claims for submission
?Investigate on denied claims and resubmit it for an appeal to insurance company
?Resubmit No claim on file claims, denied and rejected claims
?Work on aging sheets for dental office.
Aside from that,
I was trained to do basic insurance verification.
I also have experience being a credentialing specialist. My task was to facilitate the credentialing of our doctors to insurance companies.
I am very much capable of using PMS like open dental, oryx, eagles soft, dentrix, and curve hero.
