I have 5 years and 6 months experience as Virtual Professional  in Real Estate Campaigns as an ISA (Inside Sales Associate), transaction coordinator, Database Management and appointment setter for a company that's based in Sacramento California. I'm calling different types of leads, FSBO's, expired, Pre-forclosure, Circle Prospecting, FRBO's, and buyers leads. I had experienced as well as a Customer Care Senior Specialist with Conduent for a Telecommunications Company in the U.S. My tasks is to answer inquiries, explaining bills, determining customer’s needs to tailor-fit it with our offered plans and troubleshooting their services. I was able to successfully develop my skills in providing effective and quality service which greatly affected my scores in a positive way.


My proven dedication to optimizing customer service and sales success-along with my exceptional interpersonal, analytical and time management skills will surely contribute a lot to the future people or company I will be working with.
