I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for TeleTech, Qualfon, Lancera, and SPi Global. As a Customer Service Representative for TeleTech, I was tasked to assist the customers with their billing and cable concerns over the phone, and as an E-Care Customer Service Representative, I have assisted the customers with their billing and cable concerns through chat and e-mail. As a Customer Service Representative for Qualfon, I assisted the customers in activating and troubleshooting their Straight Talk wireless phones and informed the customers regarding the service plans that are available for the Straight Talk wireless phones. My task as a Customer Service Representative for Lancera included assisting the customers regarding the domain names that they purchased or the domain names that they want to purchase online through the website,
