I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than 10 years. As a representative, I have mastered providing excellent customer service. I take pride in my resolution/s I provide to my customers. I always think of a win-win resolution for my customers and for my employer. I can work with minimal supervision. The visions I have set for providing excellent customer service are 1. Putting my customers first, by this, I am ensuring my customers that they're my top priority and I am determined to resolve their concern.
2. Keeping it simple, this is important because I fully understand that the customer's time is valuable so I make sure that their concerns are resolved right the first time and with less effort on the customer's part. 3. Making a difference, this is the biggest impact for my customers as well as the company I'm working for because the resolution/s I have provided had left my customers happy, very satisfied and they can testify that I did a job well done which makes my employer happy and very satisfied.
