I previously worked as a customer service specialist for a US-based telephone company (Sprint) and has specialized in handling irate customers, explaining complex bills, and basic phone troubleshooting. I also worked as a sales agent that would benefit Australian charities like Disabled Children's Foundation, Bowel Cancer Australia, and RSPCA.
I then worked as an eCommerce specialist, doing all tasks from product listing, to order management, inventory management, answering customer concerns, and everything in between. I even completed the eBay masterclass of Mr. eBay himself, Mr. Tim Davies.
I was then promoted as the e-Commerce manager, where I have listed thousands of eBay product listings and thousands of website product listings through platforms like WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Neto, and eBay — writing descriptions as well as crafting searchable titles and search engine optimizations. I handle a team of brand managers taking care of each and everyone’s schedule, issues, KPIs, reports, and concerns, and making sure every one of us are doing our tasks for our client’s satisfaction.
It's natural for me to always find all the possible resolution before asking help and I figure things out my way. I want a part-time, high-paying, and a stable job where we can help each other by both learning and earning without taking too much of our time and offers flexibility.
