i have 9 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S customers. I have pieces of training on how to properly handle customers as well as other leadership training.
I can provide tasks exceptionally especially in taking care of customers. I can do email support, chat support and phone as well.

I have experience in Amazon seller central, I can manage orders, price match and make sure customers have great experience in the whole process of the transaction.

I take care of customer complaints and escalations. I make sure that their complaints are well taken care of and provide quick resolution before they know it. I value time and performance, never had any attendance issues.

I can work US hours as well as UK hours but I can also be flexible. Deadlines and regular feedback are sacred to me. I make sure I'm performing better as of yesterday.
