I used to work with various BPO Companies for the past years. I acquired lots of skills and tricks such as: Excellent Communication Skills ,Troubleshooting,
MS Office, Team-player, Flexibilty, Patience, Dedication to problem solving, Extensive PC experience, High level of concentration and commitment, Interact with a wide range of customers and technical issues, Personal Mastery Skills for Sales, and a lot more. 
I also worked as an Online ESL Teacher for two years where I learned to communicate with different nationality and adapt their culture. 
With the skills I have cultivated for the past years, I believe that it can be tapped and contribute to your philosophy of service to your clients. For me, life is a continuous learning process. Hence, if my background would not be of much help to you, I welcome tasks as part of my learning. New experiences that I will encounter in a new different job would add up in my "skills vault" and for sure will be an advantage for me to grow as a person.
