Profile Description

Working with the BPO industry here in the Philippines made me an expert to what I do. I was a sales expert working for years with Expedia selling hotel rooms , flight tickets and car rental services which made me very confident in conversing, I also worked as a technical/ customer support representative for Telstra assisting customers with their internet , telephone and email problems and cross selling premium services, I received number of certificates at the time I worked there. I then entered the home based world where I work as a technical and email support for Cloud Upgrade to see actual info (An online learning company for cloud computing. ) and also did finish some data entry and research from time to time. I am a worker who can easily understand instructions and work independently when needed.
