My years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, ESL online tutor, and in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry as a customer service associate and technical support have given me the knowledge and expertise to render the demands of working with a client.   I am computer savvy. I am skilled in Excel, PDF,  Word, and PowerPoint.  I work using Google Docs.  I am Proficient in using Five9 software, Ring Central, and intercom.  For email support, I used  Zendesk, Salesforce, Gorgias, Shopify, Fulfil, Hiver, and Signify. My work background helps me to perform according to client's demands.  I am an expert in call handling.  I am confident with my communication skills as my previous jobs entailed me conversing with different types of people through calls, emails, and chats.  As a virtual assistant, I made reservations, data mining, and data entries.   


I worked in a call center for 6 years, handling US and Australian telco and ISP accounts. My BPO experience strengthened my confidence in conversing with people based in the US and Australia. 

I am a well-organized, and detail-oriented person when it comes to tasks. I can work and can manage multiple tasks under little or no supervision.  I am a quick learner and flexible and I believe it is very important to be one in every situation.   I can manage my time and resources to get the job well done.  I am a team player.  I am determined to focus on what needs to be done for the team, particularly me, not only the goal but also to achieve the number 1 rank in every race/competition.  I can say that I have the patience that every job requires an employee to have.  I believe I have the determination and focus on targets that will contribute to the success of a company.  I assure you that I can deliver quality work within and beyond expectations.    I am confident I can contribute to the success of the organization  I will be connected to.  Thank you.
