Profile Description

I am just a simple ordinary girl but with a high goals and dreams in life that I wanna achieve and so I keep wishing for it and trying my best/efforts to make it come true. I am quite a tech savvy in which my being computer literate will surely can contribute at your business. My previous customer service experience makes me able to provide timely support in the service center, able to respond to and diagnosed unit/s problems via phone, emails and even through face to face as I am acting as a front liner too. In that job of mine it enhances my determination of appropriate resolution or escalation while ensuring a good customer service. In that fast paced work environment I think it leads me to desire to have an excellent career step for myself.
On the other hand, the skills I have in my previous job as a Technical Support Staff are the following: Being pleasant to the customers/clients, asking for their personal details and inputting it correctly to the computer's system database, also doing hardware and software installation, sometimes if needed will do hardware support and troubleshooting, and performs other related duties.
And to some other job experiences of mine, I can conclude that it improves me as a person to be better in all that I do or to be at least good enough, where I still believe that life is a continued process of learning and so I want to keep continue to make my life better to be able to be a productive citizen, to be more helpful in the family and even to others who are in need. I am not expert in everything so I am open to any kind of professional jobs and still willing to be trained and rest assured that I am a fast learner and will be determined to do my job well.
