A copywriter highly experienced in Technical Support

Bluntly put, I am a storyteller. I am most expressive in the written form. For most of my 20-year BPO career, I've been in a team management role, handling different teams in technical support and customer service in voice and non-voice capacities. Now, I want a peaceful life where I work best on my own but am willing to work with others if totally necessary. I am goal-oriented and will do my best to reach the goals on (but mostly before) target. I've worked in the BPO space for around 20 years and have worked up to a Team Leader and Assistant Manager level. From 2015 onwards, I've been doing work related to writing content, starting with Thumbtack. Now, I do freelance copywriting work for various offshore companies, helping them out by writing website content, newsletters, and chat responses. I have been doing content writing professionally for almost a decade. I am a storyteller by skill and would want to retire doing this. I love to travel and wouldn't mind bringing my work with me. Working hard will not be a problem if the reasons why I am working in the first place are met and satisfied.
