I have a total of 12 years of experience in  Customer Service, Sales,  Appointment setting, Marketing and Retention catering to clients from United Kingdom, USA, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
I have done all the functions required as a Customer Service Representative,
Sales support, chat support , Appointment setter, Team Leader then as a Sales and Retention manager.
I did inbound/ outbound calling, managed the team, data entry, handled complaints, did emailing and appointment setting for high potential clients
I posses technically 12 years of sales experience from up selling to hardcore selling into which sales quotas were expected to be achieved
My functions included lead generation, emailing, appointment setting for high potential clients, taking complaints calls, data entry, strategizing, planning, managing the team and even hiring.
My experiences made me hone my communication, technical, people, sales and management skills.
