Profile Description

With my 6 years of stay in the BPO industry, I have contributed a lot in my previous employers by empowering my teammates and subordinates by sharing all the knowledge and skills that I have gained from my years of experience.
During my tenure, I was able to attain the position of being a trainer through hard work and dedication to my job and to the people that surrounds me. I was able to handle several classes as a trainer and received positive feedback both from my classes and superiors. While I was in this post, I have gained knowledge in using Google apps and Microsoft office apps. With these things being said, I am confident that with this new venture, I would be able to provide positive outcome for my potential clients.
I have also mastered my technical skills, excelling in Android, iOS, and Windows OS, internet modems, and PC troubleshooting. I have also became a customer service representative before becoming a trainer.
