I've worked for five BPO companies and became a top performer in each field. I am knowledgeable in internet and OptikTV troubleshooting. I am also brilliant in explaining billing and service charges. I have worked for Time Warner Cable, Telus, Washington Gas, HSBC, Motorolla, AT&T, Sprint, Microsoft and lastly Shopify. I have become a Customer Success Guru at Shopify for 6 months and I have learned a lot about e-commerce, analytics, web developing and web designing, SEO, online marketing and drop shipping.  Setting up shipping rates and design an online store. I have been helping merchant to become successful with their businesses by providing them business advice. I also learned about Oberlo and AliExpress through my experience working with Shopify as a Guru. I believe my experience with all of those companies I mentioned above is one of my edge among all others.
