I also answer telephone queries, emails, greeting visitors, handling customer complaints and handling inquiries via social media, telephone or face to face. I am also responsible in budgeting our store funds for overall smooth operations. I am in charge of managing tools that we need to maximize efficiency and profitability. I also know basic computer applications like photoshop, office applications, emails, chat, presentation preparations and reports. I am flexible and reliable since I am always at home. I have a desktop powered by latest processor and a reliable internet. I can work independently with minimal supervision.
