I was a Billing and Sales Representative in a telecommunication company known as AT&T, I learned to present my products and services, negotiate and handle objections, after a year, they gave us additional task as a Technical Support Consultant, which made it easy for me on my second company at Comcast, being a Technical Support Associate made me more patience and I learned to establish good working relationships with customers. The last BPO company was an Air transportation service named Jetstar. I was a Travel Ambassador. I can say that being a Travel Agent enhances my skills in listening actively, discovering, being an analytical thinker, enthusiastic, being able to multitask, and my desire to help people.
