I am seeking employment that allows me to grow professionally while being able to utilize my skills for the betterment of the organization with the best use of my dedication, determination, and resourcefulness. I love chatting with people. I strive to be my customer's Upgrade to see actual info's my mission to help them in any way I can. I love supporting live chats, phones, and emails. Adding all my past experience, I have a minimum of 6 years of experience handling all of the tasks. I am passionate when it comes to resolving technical difficulties for my customers. I am a quick study and I can work with minimal supervision. I always make sure to deliver what is expected of me and more. I am a team player. I have confidence in my skills.

I also do have a background in administrative support from my previous online work as a freelancer. I am also knowledgeable with 70 words per Upgrade to see actual info my previous job, I helped customers with onboarding and support, making sure that their accounts are correctly set up and that they are educated on how to use the different features of our software.

I am also knowledgeable on intercom and salesforce.
