Profile Description

I have been working since 2005 after I graduated from the university. Although I majored in AB Political Science, I worked with call centers since then and have lasted 6 years in the BPO industry. During my BPO days, I was promoted to Call Coach role but did not last very long in the post because an opportunity to work in Singapore opened up for me. I came to Singapore in August 2011 and worked as a ground handling staff for UBTS, a subcontractor of SATS-Asia Pacific Star until 2015. During this time, I received a Diamond award for good performance courtesy of TIGERAIR. At the same time in 2014, I was featured together with my colleagues in One Changi Magazine, a quarterly magazine of Changi Airport to talk about our job experiences and the company. Fortunately, my hard work and positive attitude was recognized and in June 2015, I was given the chance to apply for the post of passenger services trainer in SATS-APS and I got the job! I was also awarded Employee of the Month! I have worked as a full time trainer with the company for 5 productive years! Currently, I work as a Social Media Officer with Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures but will be relocating to another country soon.  I am now actively looking for a remote job which will allow me to work even when I am physically located in a different country!
