I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself. I found my groove at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, rocking the role of an Upgrade to see actual info Community Support Agent/Selling and Billing Specialist. I learned to dance through customer inquiries seamlessly, whether it was through calls, emails, or chat correspondence. Oh, and I made sure our company's mission, policies, and procedures were not just rules but a standard of excellence upheld by the team. 

My next chapter led me to Author Solutions Philippines, Inc., where I took on the role of a Check-In Coordinator. Imagine going through stacks of book submissions, meticulously ensuring they met the rigorous publication standards. Talk about attention to detail! 

Since April 2018, I've been rocking the role of a Virtual Executive Assistant. Managing calls, diving into email correspondence, and even throwing in some accounting wizardry – it's all in a day's work. And yes, I've become quite the juggler, handling inventory and Shopify product listings with finesse.
