Profile Description

I started as a supply planning analyst in Del Monte Philippines, Inc. I was responsible for computing the supply allocation every month based on pineapple tonnage.
I moved up in position as Production Planner - Philippine Market. I was responsible for creating the production plan schedules, packaging plan, shipping plan. I also took a lead role in the discussion of supply position across all level of management in the organization. I worked with an e-commerce company with the main goal of being in stock with the most cost-saving way of getting stocks to the US. I was responsible for planning the purchase order to be placed and coordinating with supplier to ensure on time and in full delivery. Other than that, my work also included being accurate with my inventory reporting, keep a comprehensive inventory log to spot discrepancies quickly. This provided a comprehensive look at ordering seasonal products which managed cash flow by not over ordering. This role was research heavy and also allowed me to develop a vetting process for supplier selection I also handled the basics of supply chain job in this company: inventory management, cash flow management, coordinating with freight forwarders and following up suppliers.
