Hello! I'm Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, I'm a licensed Architect and an Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max and V-ray Specialist based in the Philippines.

I am an architect with a knack for design, with three years of solid experience in the field of Architectural Rendering and production of working drawings ready for construction. I am driven to work with passion for the industry and strives to never hand in anything less than perfection.

My workflow for a given project: 
1. Define the project, analyze the problems that may arise and propose architectural solutions for the approval of the client.
2. Conceptualize the given space with the client's preference. Propose color schemes, architectural styles, and materials to be used.
3. Produce 3D Models and renderings in accordance with the approved concept. 
4. Present the renderings for the client's final revision or approval.
5. Produce working drawings ready for construction and quantity takeoff upon the request of the client. 

I have an experience of three years in Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max and V-ray. Most of my projects are related to space planning, interior and exterior architectural renderings, and detailed architectural drawings.
