I have worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a real estate company in the US. Multitasking is my specialty. I function as a Dispositions Manager, Transaction Coordinator, admin assistant and Social Media Manager for multiple real estate companies in the US. I have been doing wholesaling and novation. I have handled different hats necessary to the success and operations for a real estate company. As an admin assistant, I take care of managing the CRM - aka Podio, Trello, etc. As a TC, the main job is to be the POC between the seller and the company. As a Dispositions Manager, the role requires you to market and sell real estate properties. As a specialist to campaign management, it is my specialty to market properties across different platforms such as SMS (using RooR, GoHigh Level, REIreply etc.), email campaigns (Constant Contact, Investorlift, etc), cold calling cash buyers; listing the property to MLS, flat fees, Investorlift, etc. Another main job of the Dispo Manger is to manually look for a cash buyer from MLS, Propstream, Zillow. Lastly, as a TC I make sure that the transaction closes and funds timely. I generally oversee the department reporting directly to the CEO. I can work with less supervision rest assured that tasks are done to the satisfaction of my superiors.
