My journey began with a 1-year role as Amazon Seller Support at Concentrix PH, where I honed my skills in assisting and resolving seller inquiries. This experience gave me a strong foundation in customer service and the ability to work well under pressure.Next, I took on the role of Amazon Virtual Assistant at Smiths Mason Jars for 2 years. This role allowed me to use my customer service skills in a virtual environment, where I helped the owner with his online orders and provided our customers with a seamless shopping experience. During this time, I learned how to efficiently manage my time and prioritize tasks, making sure to deliver excellent customer service at all times.After my experience at Smiths Mason Jars, I moved on to work as a Customer Service Representative at Upgrade to see actual info for 1 year. This role was a challenge as I was responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Through this role, I gained valuable experience in handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues, further enhancing my customer service Upgrade to see actual info addition to my customer service experience, I have also worked as a Cold-caller at AMVSI for 2 years. This role allowed me to develop my sales skills and gain experience in cold calling and lead generation. Through this role, I learned how to effectively communicate with potential customers and close deals, skills that have proven to be valuable in my future sales roles.Finally, I took on the role of Lead Manager at MYVAPH for 1 year, where I was responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they reached their sales targets. This role taught me how to effectively manage a team and motivate them to achieve their Upgrade to see actual info also allowed me to develop my leadership skills and gain a better understanding of how to drive results through a Upgrade to see actual info conclusion, my diverse work experience has given me a well-rounded skill set and a solid foundation in customer service and sales.
