Profile Description

I was recently a Customer Service Representative for Amazon. I handled the US and Canada marketplace. I assisted customers on creating or editing their accounts, placed an orders, tracked packages, processed replacement and refunds. I also had a 2 year experience as a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager. I worked with a Coaching and Blogging business. I also had an experience working for an eCommerce and brand marketing agency that focuses on Amazon. I'Upgrade to see actual info managed pages from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. I made sure that every social media accounts that I managed were active and gained traffics. I am trained on creating contents, images, and videos that can gain attention and audience on every social media platforms. I also did product research, data entry, and Microsoft Office tasks such as doing powerpoint materials. Aside from being a Social Media Manager, I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for almost 3 years. I've been assigned to different roles and departments already such as troubleshooting, billing, sales, travel analyst, reservations, and customer service. I'm confident with following instructions and tasks, instructing, and interacting with other people. I'm also willing to learn more and to be trained. My goal is to finish every tasks that will be assigned to me in timely manner, positively, and with the best that I can give. I'm looking forward for a long-term, fulltime, and permanent job.
