Hi! I'm Upgrade to see actual info, and I have over 13 years of rad experience working around the web as a digital project manager and web & SEO content specialist. Since 2023, I've been managing an offshore team in the Philippines full-time and remotely as a Digital Marketing Manager. More recently, I've taken on the role of Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operations, recruitment, and remote work enablement for a team of 15 (as of January 2025). In the grand scheme of things, my expertise lies in all things digital, and I'm a whiz in managing websites and remote teams and strategizing content and design across digital mediums. I've contributed to the digital success of more or less 50 local and foreign entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporations over the last 13 years. 

From WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS, web publishing, content management, CMS website administration, website project management, SEO and visual designs to digital marketing and offshore team management, all these are just some of the things I have mastered throughout the years.

In 2022, I was certified by the Digital Marketing Institute of Ireland as a digital marketing professional (CDMP), and as a lean six sigma yellow belt professional (CSSYB) by Six Sigma PH.

- Overseeing the development of web projects from the inception stage to the live online deployment thereof

- Assessing websites to make the appropriate design, technical, and content initiatives and tracking web project issues to drive resolution

Content Publishing/Management:
- Advanced HTML/CSS coding
- Basic JavaScript troubleshooting
- Optimizing the whole copy for SEO
- Formatting subheadings: H1s H2s and H3s and H4s as instructed
- Adding hyperlinks/AAWP links in each article
- Checking and editing when necessary to follow the proper formatting: capitalization, spelling, basic grammar
- Sourcing from stock sites, resizing and editing, uploading feature and inline images
- Writing image captions, alt texts, meta descriptions
- Adding tables, and tags, and making sure each article is under the proper category
- Modifying plugin/theme codes to suit the site’s design/requirement

Graphics Editing using Adobe Photoshop & Canva:
- Cropping images and cleaning them up
- Adjusting exposure and contrast, color vibrancy and saturation
- Sharpening, blurring, resizing and removing background images

Ecommerce Management/Maintenance:
- Updating the pricing information on the product pages- Changing or updating the item descriptions
- Adding new or removing old products from your product lists
- Finding and replacing any broken links on the website, uploading relevant blog content
- Formatting, modifying and attributing product and all the other images
