I have short experience working for a Brokerage firm as an Outbound Sales Associate. I call a total of 200 leads per day. My job is to talk to potential clients who are interested in Forex trading. I get to know their living situation to see how our business will impact them. I introduce them to our platform, give a brief understanding of how it works, and try to win their trust. Once they're ready to invest money, we transfer them to our closer to finish the sale.
I previously worked as a Purchasing Consultant for Upgrade to see actual info, specializing in car valuation, advising, buying, and moving them through different channels where the company can generate more profit. My job is to make calls by calling leads and allocations in the CRM and convince Private sellers to sell their cars to us. Before that, My first role was Sales Assistant for Upgrade to see actual info specializing in car financing, going through with banks and car lenders to find a loan that would meet the customer's needs.
I previously worked as a Booking Specialist and Customer Service Representative for Jetstar Australia - a role that requires a customer-centric mindset while ensuring the satisfaction of the company guidelines.
