Looking for a proficient EA/VA and quality enthusiast with great people and technical skills? You're in the right person.

I've been using Web-Office Applications since high school & I've incorporated new skillset in terms of G-Suite & other Data software with my 5 years of working as a Support + Database Specialist with a Printing Company. 

I've explored different functions that proved useful and effective and I am positive about the quality + accuracy of work, time and effort I can produce for your business' needs. 

In the past, having accumulated 3 years of work experience in different high-pressured environments (BPO), I was able to polish my skills in customer service, technical support, multi-tasking and some admin tasks including word processing and creating spreadsheets through Google and Microsoft Office applications. 

I used Microsoft Excel to generate and track all the cases we've handled as Email Advocates, and Microsoft Word is for storing data and email templates. Google applications, on the other hand, were viable options that I've used outside work for alternative reasons so I already had some knowledge with this tool.

To expand my skill set, I studied other VA skills in-depth:
- Email Management
- Calendar Management
- Internet / Google Research
- WordPress
- Social Media Management
- Data Entry
- Transcription

I invested more than $100 to take a detailed course and master those skills. 

I am currently searching for additional opportunities to work on administrative or back-end tasks in my fields of expertise. With my experience, I strongly believe that we can yield positive results and fortify a strong working professional relationship in the long run.
