My key responsibilities include:Troubleshooting and resolving reported issues on remote desktop servers.Performing regular maintenance tasks, including updates on hosted applications, Windows updates, reinstallation, and repairs.Conducting deep-dive analysis using tools like Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, and Reliability History to identify and resolve complex issues.Performing in-place upgrades using both automated tools and manual processes to ensure seamless transitions.Managing backup restorations to ensure data integrity and availability.Administering user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory to maintain security and compliance.Managing and optimizing server resources, including RAM, CPU, and hard disk space, using System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).My role requires a proactive approach to system maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring that client applications are consistently available and performing optimally.
