I have experience in doing transactions over the phone both inbound and outbound. I had demonstrated sales and appointment settings for more than 2 years. I also have experience in customer service especially in finance/banking, did back office tasks, and taking escalated calls for more than 8 years then I joined the Quality Assurance team and became part of the leadership for more than 1 year to support the organization. I was an a Circle of Excellence Awardee in October 2019 from the thousands of employees of a BPO company I worked for due to my contribution in innovating our finance and refund process. I am willing to be part of a business as long as it provides me stability. I am more driven to work harder under pressure and I find satisfaction if challenging tasks given to me are accomplished in a timely manner. Lastly, I am willing to learn every aspects of the business processes and I am interested in a long term career.
