I've been in the Call Center industry for 9 years now and I have a lot of experience in handling different types of customers in which I developed the skills to meet customer and client expectations. Due to my experience in customer service and support, I'm capable of adapting under any circumstances which will help further assist and improve customers' satisfaction.
I am very passionate in this industry which I believe is the key in achieving excellent service. I am accustomed to 
multitasking; proficient in determining and achieving customer satisfaction from keen observation of verbal cues and overseeing needs behind the needs of a given contact.
I have gone through multiple training to enhance my personal and interpersonal skills, I also make it a point to learn from new experiences and personal research which I will then apply to whatever tasks I am invested on.
