I've spent the last eight years managing an inbound and outbound
telecom account for a call center company.
I provide assistance to clients with billing, plans, phone insurance,
technical support, ownership transfers, and line transfers from other providers
to us. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Excel, and a lot more. With
numerous accolades and recognitions, I have been elevated to the status of SME.
I have a great deal of drive, am well-organized, have outstanding communication
skills, a lovely phone voice, and the ability to establish connection with
people. I am sure that my talents from my prior job will be a benefit and that
I can be of great use.
In addition, I was employed by Amazon. In addition to tracking
goods and handling refunds and replacements, I also handle customer orders.
Clients are my obsession. I've been working virtually a year in an online
environment. I am a responsible, diligent worker who thrives on challenges.
