> Aerial PhotographyThis one is basically an appointment setting too. What we did was call real state agents with on Zillow , with what we think has a very low quality photos of the property and offer them a packaged photography with discounted price.
> Real StateFrom my experience, we call certain people and see if they are open to selling their property. We then schedule either a phone appointment for our representative to discuss further details with them.
