I have worked as a telemarketer and customer service representative from 2014 up to 2018 and recently wanted to try freelancing. I believe with all the experiences I have had in those 4 years, I will be able to apply those in your company. Below are the accounts I was able to handle.
> Insurances    Medical, Home, Truckers  I have worked with Medicare and Medicaid, Allstate, Statefarm, Farmers and many        more. These are just examples of insurances I enjoyed most. This types of account required us to call specific people of age and see if we could offer them quotes or see if we can lower their payments. There are only few people who are qualified. They need to pass qualifying questions first.
For truckers insurance, we just need to ask certain people if they would like to receive an insurance quote without any obligation and we just need to ask for their name, contact, and email address, we send them quotes after and update their info in the system. This basically falls to Lead Generation.
> Lead GenerationThis line of work requires me to gather all necessary information from the customers. be it new phone number, email address, address. These information will then be updated in the system
> Student LoansThis work required me to cold call prospects with students loans. Whether In-school, grace period, repayment and Upgrade to see actual infoom my previous work, there are only certain cases that are qualified to be catered, those are near graduation, near the end of their grace period and in repayment. what we did was, we read the script to them and if they qualify from the question, we will transfer them to an agent that will further assist them. Student loan telemarketing account is by far my favorite.
> Appointment settingI have handled different types of account that required me to set up an appointment to a qualified lead with a representative. This type of account tested my patience and persuasion skills to the highest level. based from experience, my previous clients were very satisfied.
> Aerial PhotographyThis one is basically an appointment setting too. What we did was call real state agents with on Zillow , with what we think has a very low quality photos of the property and offer them a packaged photography with discounted price. 

> Real StateFrom my experience, we call certain people and see if they are open to selling their property. We then schedule either a phone appointment for our representative to discuss further details with them.
