I am an experienced eCommerce Virtual Assistant with a demonstrated history of supporting online businesses comprehensively. Certified QuickBooks and Xero Bookkeeper adept at maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating smooth financial operations. Possessing a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, administrative tasks, and accounting principles, I am committed to streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving growth for clients.

After completing my bookkeeping training at TESDA and passing the National Certificate III Bookkeeping assessment test, I began working as a bookkeeper for various small businesses in my area since 2010. In 2018, I transitioned to remote bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel and later enrolled in accounting and bookkeeping classes at FHMoms Online University to upgrade my skills. I am now certified as a QuickBooks Online Proadvisor and Xero Certified Advisor and I also have experience as a well-rounded e-commerce virtual assistant. 
As a Data Entry Specialist, I am responsible for Amazon product research, product listing, and entering data into Google Sheets. I have also worked with various other platforms, including Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, Upgrade to see actual info, Home Depot, and many Australian shops like Catch, Vidal B2B, Kogan, and Tools stores (Adelaide tools, Just tools, etc.) for order processing and drop shipping as a Fulfillment Specialist. Additionally, I have experience working as a Customer Service Representative for Etsy, eBay, and Amazon Seller Central selling platforms. I have also worked as an inventory and restocking manager, responsible for product management and product listing in a Magento shop. Lastly, I have basic photo editing skills using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, ACDSEE Ultimate Pro and JPEGmini Pro.

I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets, Google Drive.
