I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and is knowledgeable on using different Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
I have worked for the customer
support industry almost 3 years. We are mainly responsible on handling client’s
complaints with regards to their missing order, orders that where never delivered
and incorrect orders. But before entering the BPO company I’ve worked on two
different administrative jobs as an HR Staff and as a Facility Staff. I was
tasked to do administrative jobs mainly inventory management, project proposal
approval,
management and timekeeping. Given these skills that I will make sure that I
will finish the job that I am assigned to.
I would describe myself as
someone who is eager to learn new things and passionate. I know that this will
be my first time being a Virtual Assistant but I have a lot to offer.
