Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Systems in one of the top universities in our country. Also, I have 3 years of experience as an application support in a multinational management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Thus, I'm also experienced with helping customers troubleshoot should they have difficulties using clients' websites and applications. I enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find exactly what they're looking for. I can type 61 wpm. I am attentive to details that helped my employer saved money when I found inaccuracy in information or data.
I have also 5 years of email support experience on multiple dropshipping businesses wherein I answer product-related emails, complaint emails, refund emails, etc. On this business, we use Zendesk/Zoho Mail/Freshdesk to manage emails/tickets and Shopify/Woocommerce to track the orders, process refunds, etc. Also, we encountered thousands of emails on this business and we answered it fast (average 70-100 emails per shift for the one business) but with a quality response in a regular manner. We also support the comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram. We used Agora to easily track them. Also, we used to fulfill orders by creating a list, verifying shipping details, and uploading them eventually. When it comes to conversation with other people in the team, we used Slack and Skype.
I also enjoyed working using Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word and Excel since I always use these applications back when I was in primary school until now. Thus, I can say that I have more knowledge of these applications or tools.
Besides on my experiences, I am fast learner, efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and quality-oriented.
