Profile Description

 Verifies and approves brokerage billings, trucking and freight charges, duties/taxes and request for
payment.
Check Arrastre, Wharfage fee computation.
Manage and control use of warehousing bonds and assures necessary liquidation.
Manage and monitors Completely Knockdown Unit (CKD) arrival and transfer to MMPC of shipments/cargoes
to ensure continuous support to all production activities.
Manage and facilitates payments of all fees necessary (registration, renewals,
supervisions,) to enable continuous operation of Traffic and Customs Section.
         
Assures maintenanceof records, data bases and statistics for future reference and historical traceability to include Philippine Customs Audit Group (PCAG).
Participate in the setting up of Logistics parameters and standard like cycle time, production capacity, layout, inventory policy.
Help formulates strategies and countermeasures for noted production problems and deviation from
plan and schedule.
Participates in activities related to planning and launching of new production model.
Review and evaluate CKD discrepancies based on survey reports.
Assist in the development and improvement of logistics systems.
Ensures that staff implements all management policies for maximum efficiency of each job to prevent injuries, collisions and liabilities.
Manage and assures attainment
of KPI targets and Enforces 5S within the section workplace.
 Perform safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standard indicated in the
safety manual.
Handle Airfreight and Seafreight shipment from Australia including oversize cargo, break-bulk shipments and RORO shipments from Australia worldwide.
Bookings/Bookings confirmations/Vessel ETA Updates
Liaising with overseas agents and suppliers
Documentation request bills of lading and raise house bills of lading where required onimports jobs.  Request the invoices/packing lists/packing declaration on import freight jobs where possible and make notation on both the freight and customs job when this is done.  Handle all necessary documentation for exports, including ERA’s, ECN’s and FI’s
Rego/SCA
Invoicing/Billing clients.
Handle Airfreight & Sea freight LCL/FCL Europe, Singapore China
USA & South  Africa shipment for lane xang minerals mine site going to Laos.
Handles Export shipment sea freight consignment for Societies De
Syama (ex Australia).
Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies; and overseas
agents to efficiently transport the goods from shipper’s premises to Sea to
Summit Transport warehouse.
Review purchase orders against supplier documents including
invoices, packing list & hazardous data prior finalizing the manifest for
booking for shipping lines.
Monitor the shipments from departure at port of loading until the
cargo is fully delivered to  consignee.
Update the status of purchase orders and shipment in tracking system.
Expediting all Lang Xang orders from Laos and Syama Orders Dakar Senegal. -Coordinate with BIVAC for inspection
of cargo prior to packing of containers for Syama consolidation.
Preparing M041 to be submitted Shipping Line in all hazardous cargo.
