I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual who
has over 8 years of giving professional, efficient, and high-quality service to
various BPO companies.



I've worked as a Sales Outbound agent Customer Care Representative and as an IT
Helpdesk. I am now a freelancer, who has experience in WordPress, Customer
Service, and Administrative /Virtual Assistant tasks. I am skilled in
communicating with clients over the phone, in chat, and by email. I am great at
multi-tasking and keen on details. I am eager to learn to use any new tools
that get the job done well. I meet deadlines and don’t make promises I can’t
keep. I am accountable and I do what I say I will. I’m a team player but
can steer the ship alone if need be. I recently worked for The Professional
Builder as a Virtual Assistant / Customer Care Support. I handled different
admin tasks assigned to me and monitored support tickets using Fresh Desk and
have experience in ETSY, handling customer inquiries, customer support,
inventory management, communicating with the manufacturer, and posting and
managing listings.
