Here's what I can do to help in achieving those goals:

1. Product Sourcing- if you have products already then great we can move on to Product Listing Optimization *if I will be looking for products for you then we will be needing Helium 10 and Jungle Scout Estimator to check winning products        *this will also depend on what product criteria you want to push example: Sports, Home & Kitchen, Bars and Tools

2. Product Listing Optimization        
              1.1 Videos- this will really help boost your sales.             
              Videos should show how the product really works        
              1.2 Photos- we should use high definition photos since photos are zoomable in different marketplace.
              - should be at 1,000 x 1,000 pixel                 
              - at least 7 to 10 images        
              1.3 Main Image- should always be in White Background        
              1.4 Key Product Features- should be 5 bullet points        
              1.5 Product Description- up to 1,000 characters

3. Keywords and PPC Advertising        
         1.1 Keywords are what buyers are using to search for you products       
         1.2 Keywords should be strategically place in your Product Name, Product Description, Key Product Features and also at the back end. 
         1.3 Our go-to-tool is Helium 10

4. Customer Support and Getting Reviews        
         1.1 There should be a minimum of at least 10 reviews per product.        
         1.2 65% of people will buy the products with reviews compared to those that have zero reviews.        
         1.3 Take care of your customer and they will take good care of your business.

5. Smooth Operation Process
         1.1 Every business should have a storage application like sharefile or                               dropbox. This way all the files needed will be synchronized and no need to                 send an email if you're asking for a copy.       
         1.2 Smooth process for every transaction

6. Inventory Management        
         1.1 There should a smooth process on handling your inventory. This is crucial and you have to be ship right away a customer's order.        
         1.2 Perfect timing and perfect coordination with your supplier.

7. Bookkeeping        
         1.1 I can help you track your invoices        
         1.2 It's best if you have an accountant too        
         1.3 I have experience in using Soho book, QuickBooks and Xero.
