In 2007, I embarked on my professional journey as a Retention Agent for a BPO company, handling a financial account based in the US. This role provided a solid foundation in customer retention strategies and client relationship management. In 2008, I advanced to the position of Quality Assurance Specialist within the same organization, where I was tasked with evaluating agent calls to ensure adherence to company standards and enhance service quality.
By 2009, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor, a role in which I led a team of 12 Quality Assurance Specialists. My responsibilities included overseeing team performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
From 2011 to 2019, I transitioned to a Sales and Marketing Consultant role, focusing on the self-publishing industry. I provided strategic guidance to authors from the US, UK, and Australia, assisting them in selecting optimal marketing and publishing packages to achieve their publishing objectives. I consistently ranked among the top performers, leveraging my sales acumen and deep understanding of marketing to deliver customized solutions for my clients.
Since 2019, I have been serving as a Sales and Marketing Consultant in the real estate sector, collaborating with agents and brokers in the US and Canada. My focus has been on identifying and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance branding and lead generation efforts for my clients. My approach combines industry insights with practical solutions, driving measurable growth and increased visibility. I have consistently been recognized as one of the top consultants in this sector as well.
