I have been in the Customer Service industry for 10 years now. I started in the year 2010 in Teletech as a Porting Specialist for a top Telecom Company based in the US.
After a couple of years, I moved to Alorica as a Customer service ambassador to one of the top credit card company in the United states.
During the Pandemic I've been transferred to a work from home set up and became Support to one of the biggest food delivery service in United States as Upgrade to see actual info the year 2016, I become a Subject matter expert and began assisting newly hire agents. I conduct coaching session (one on one) as well as quality service monitoring.
