I assist start-up property management companies who manage short-term and long-term rentals in streamlining their operations and converting their guests/tenants into raving fans by providing individualized solutions and options. I am a versatile individual who is always up for new challenges.

I can help you with your business by:

- Effectively communicating with and on behalf of stakeholders, such as property owners, tenants, regulatory organizations, vendors, staff members, and others.

- Providing excellent customer service to all clients by swiftly replying to emails, voicemails, and other contacts.

- Coordinating with the necessary team to prepare a vacant home for marketing- Hiring the team and people who will set up the property and work with them.

- Setting up utilities like the internet, water, and garbage

- Contacting the county and the HOA to find out if there are any rules or policies about renting in the neighborhood

- Creating a listing and the house manual in the property management system.

Aside from several years in the Property Management Industry, I had the opportunity to share my skills and knowledge as a Trainer and a Team Leader in a Call Center Company for almost three years. In these roles, I acquired significant skills which could also help your business:

1. Administrative Support - Maintain correspondence between departments and teams in resolving issues affecting daily operations, Creating presentations and spreadsheets, and Collaborating with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to come up with plans to improve processes
