My professional journey began as a BPO Customer Service representative, eventually leading to a work-from-home arrangement. I utilized Notion to organize and maintain his schedule, providing timely reminders for prioritized tasks throughout the day. I maintained direct communication with him through Zoom, regularly checking in on task progress. Given the nature of his business in bookings and studio room rentals, I also took charge of liaising with photographers interested in scheduling studio rentals for photoshoots. This involved facilitating communication and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless operations in the realm of bookings and studio rentals.
