As a former Technical support and Customer service representative for 5 years, I have the formal training necessary for this position with different LOBs like Telecommunication and online education. Additionally, with two years of experience in retail sales as an Integrated Team Leader, handling workers, ran a team that was consistently rated the highest for reliability and productivity. I have an excellent customer service skills that can translate well to patient relations and right now.
It is important to me to have a long term relationship with my client in the near future.
