Profile Description

I am full time Executive Assistant for almost 7 years by coordinating
administrative tasks for the President of a manufacturing company, ensuring
timely completion of delegated assignments. Communicate effectively with direct reports to keep projects and
meetings on track, Manage the
executive calendar, prioritizing appointments for maximum efficiency and perform
general administrative duties, including expense reports, mail distribution,
and document management. 
1 year and 5 months of being a Virtual assistant and
Data entry jobs in Amazon, checking orders and making sure that it was shipped,
list and transfer the orders from email to a spreadsheet, Amazon product
listing and price updates. 
I have 1 year of experience in Customer Service
assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the
Philippines. 
I can provide e-mail, phone support and will do everything I can
to delight your customers. Helping other people is my passion and I firmly
believe in fully providing customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
In a short period of my experience as a
Customer Service Agent I have managed to phone skills that are very close to my
personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as
patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy,
calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. 
I am hardworking and efficient, fast
learner, computer literate, and will fully familiarize myself with the product
in order to provide the best possible support to customers.


I am a part-time freelancer and can work U.S.
business hours. I am currently looking for a home based, part-time job.
Preferably in Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Customer service, Data Entry but I am flexible and can
work in other areas like administrative or typing jobs as well with minimal
supervision.
