I have garnered a fair amount of experience in the Customer Service industry, often dealing with customers for clients listed in the Fortune 500. I also have experience in community management, which covers social media moderation, content moderation, and community forum moderation.
I'm fairly competent in Microsoft Applications like Word, Excel and etc. I also consider myself kind of a tech-savant, that is, I can manage reasonably well with technology/training, even if I am completely new to the experience. Being highly trainable is one of my best assets. :)
As for work management tools, I have experience in using Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Gsuite apps, plus I am capable of learning new platforms as well.
I am rather proficient in English, both written and spoken so I do believe I can hold my ground against any job that requires extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the language.
