Profile Description

I am a professional with over 10 years of customer service experience working in the BPO industry. The bulk of my experience involves activating and troubleshooting connectivity issues of the following: Internet, VOIP Phone, and Cable. Additional tasks include assisting customers with their billing concerns and up-selling related products and services.

Since 2015, I've been able to perform the following tasks in my dedicated home office:
1. Online Sales Assistant -  manage dropshipping on Amazon using tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Docs and Google Sheet.
2. Online Administrative Assistant - manage a business coach's appointment using ScheduleOnce and Google Calendar, do follow up calls on Skype and set up remote conferencing using Zoom.
3. Online Personal Assistant - do random tasks requested by employer like email handling, data entry, internet research, video transcription, etc.
